Warranty

Guardian Lifts warrants its vehicle lifts to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

Residential Use

For lifts installed and used in residential applications, the following warranty coverage applies from the date of purchase:

Structural Components: Seven (7) years.

Motor and Hydraulic Components: Five (5) years.

Commercial Use

For lifts installed and used in commercial, professional, or revenue-generating environments, all components are covered for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Guardian Lifts will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any part determined to be defective within the applicable warranty period following inspection and approval. Repair or replacement of defective components shall be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser under this warranty.

Bridge Jack Warranty

Guardian Lifts Rolling Bridge Jacks are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is subject to the same terms, conditions, and limitations outlined in this warranty document.

Labor

This warranty does not cover labor costs associated with diagnosing, removing, installing, repairing, or replacing any components.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from, including but not limited to:

Abuse, misuse, or overloading
Accidents, including shipping damage
Unauthorized modifications or alterations
Improper installation or maintenance
Installation on uneven, unstable, or unsuitable flooring
Acts of nature or environmental conditions
Repairs performed without authorization from Guardian Lifts

Guardian Lifts shall have no obligation to repair or replace components that show damage caused by any of the above conditions.

Wear Items

This warranty does not cover normal maintenance items or wear parts, including but not limited to:

Cables
Hoses
Nylon post sliders

These components are considered consumable items and may require periodic replacement as part of normal maintenance.

Cosmetic Conditions

This warranty does not cover cosmetic defects or surface blemishes that do not affect the structural integrity, electrical function, or safe operation of the product.

Outdoor Storage or Use

Guardian Lifts does not warrant against weather-related deterioration or damage caused by lifts stored or operated outdoors.

Limitation of Liability

Guardian Lifts shall not be liable for loss of use, loss of profits, lost time, inconvenience, or any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Product Improvements

Guardian Lifts reserves the right to modify, change, or improve product designs or specifications at any time without obligation to update previously manufactured or sold equipment.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Warranty Transfer

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and may not be assigned or transferred.
